A long delayed post…
So, it’s been about one year since I last blogged. A lot has happened since last summer’s degree show! Having finally made my exit from the education system (Thank God) I decided to bugger right off and live in a French ski resort for the winter. But you all know that anyway. I’m very, very glad not to be a student anymore. Don’t miss it one bit! Maybe the loan though..
Back from my french hi-jinks, I’m in residency at my parent’s house for the summer and I have one big desk and a LOT of paper. Trying to get back into the swing of illustrating is proving difficult, having spent one year practically doing nothing (apart from, of course, my beloved doodles in various notebooks and on scraps of paper). So, tentatively, here is one piece I am working on at the moment for my friend’s band.
Something else that is occupying my brainspace at the moment is the learning of French. Some of you have unfortunately been at the receiving end of my ramblings, sorry. Je suis un pomme. As you can see from my early attempts at age 13, I have a special way with language…
